Hiromu Toda (戸田宏武) is one half of FLOPPY. He plays synthesiser and is also in charge of programming.
Toda is probably one of the greatest composers alive today. I'd say it's a shame that he sticks to picopico New Wave but I feel like this is exactly where he's supposed to be!
He's very camera-shy these days. Along with the visor (love it) he often wears this helmet specially molded to look like anime hair. Odd, but it's really cute cute. He also wears a mask sometimes to further cover his face. He's still very stylish even when you can barely see him.
