Ittsumii (in Japanese いっつみい, literally "It's Me") is also in Anago just to mess around. He's really awkward and a bit gay. That's why I like him. His real name is Yoshiyuki Shimizu.
He's known to dress as a nurse. He's been spotted wearing Ginsyari Ichigo's clothes on stage. He never commits to dressing as a woman for too long, though.
He also has solo works under the name Cosmo-Shiki and plays in the bands Shinjuku Gewalt (with Jumbo Toda) and Ainori Technos.
I like to hate on him for jokes. Apparently this is not new. I found fanart from 2007 of him getting beat up by other members:
